Summer Essentials

Summer is here, and with it comes heat and humidity that can make being outdoors unbearable. With my chronic illnesses, keeping myself cool during these hot months is essential. Throughout my years with disability, I’ve found a few key items that I always have on hand to help me beat the heat.
1. Liquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier: Staying hydrated is crucial during the summer months, and this electrolyte drink mix helps you do just that.
